Vandenberg Construction is currently looking for:

Skilled Construction Crew Leader

Pay dependent on skill/experience.

• Hands on management of skilled carpenters in residential construction activities including but not limited to demolition, site prep, framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, and finish carpentry.
• Oversees, plans, organizes residential construction projects from material acquisition through completion.
• Lead in managing and completing residential construction projects with QUALITY, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in rough and finish carpentry(framing, doors/windows, hardware, millwork and casework).
• Must be knowledgeable in construction methods, materials and safe practices *Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading and working with a team.
• Strong work ethic and passion for quality craftsmanship.
